    Residential Complex "Horizont" - Saint Vlas, Bulgaria

Saint Vlas (Svety-Vlas) is a small town with a healing microclimate on the Black Sea coast of southeastern Bulgaria, surrounded on the one hand by coniferous forests, and on the other by the sea. Saint Vlas attracts with a mild climate and healthy air, which positively affects the respiratory system. The recreation season here begins in May and ends in October. In summer, the average temperature is around +27 °C, the sea warms up to +25 °C. The young resort is located in the province of Burgas, not far from the famous Sunny Beach and the city of Nessebar .

Why us?

Horizon is the newest project in the southern part of St. Vlas. The complex is located in close proximity to the beach and offers ideal conditions for recreation and year-round living.

The form of the buildings and floor distributions are designed in such a way that all the apartments have a beautiful view of the sea.

The facade is made in a neoclassical style, combined with elements of Mediterranean architecture. Panoramic windows offer a picturesque view of the old town of Nessebar and allow maximum light to pass through the premises of the project. Only high-quality materials and the latest technologies are used in construction.

The total number of apartments is 107, divided into three buildings, studios and one-bedroom apartments, with an area of 25.77 sq.m. to 61.10 sq.m., with convenient and functional layouts.
